Hydrothermal Therapy Training Program

Self-paced online course covering the basic therapeutic applications, physiology and efficacy of hydrotherapy for common chronic diseases

2-day in-person training to learn how to apply various hydrotherpy treatments including: constitutional hydrotherapy, peat baths, fever therapy for cancer, contrast immersion therapy, etc. Training takes place at the Paradise Health Clinic in Newmarket, ON.

Note: The Foundations of Hydrotherapy course is a pre-requisite before students can take the Practical course

This internship gives students the opportunity to sharpen their hydrotherapy skills by applying hydrotherapy on actual patients in a clinical setting under the supervision of licensed seventh-day adventist naturopathic doctors. THe clinical experience takes place during an 8-day health immersion program (health retreat) in Muskoka, Ontario or at the Paradise Health Clinic in Newmarket, Ontario. This unique and rewarding experience gives interns over 20 hrs of clinical experience.

Note: The Foundations of Hydrotherapy course and the Practical Training course must be completed before acceptance into the Internship.
